I'm not sure I agree. I mean the only witness he's been a complete, no questions, down right asshole to was this dude today. And the jury wasn't there today. The others he was heated/passionate, but not an outright asshole. He was pissed at the defense, and was asking questions that way to get ligit answers from his witnesses after the defense tried to side step shit.

As much as I love Martinez and I believe he is pissed (understandably) about everything the defense is doing to try and get this case thrown out for all the little things they can find - I do hope he backs off a little bit when the jury comes back - only because of that fear that he might just do that (alienate them) and that might go into their decision.

He's not been personable throughout the trial so far, and he was an asshole to his own witness, Flores among others. He's arrogant, snarky and bullying.

Don't forget, just like you and I have differing opinions on this, so may the jury members. Some may see him as an asshole, some may see him in the same light I do. It's not going to go 100% either way. Him being what I call passionate isn't going to competely shut the case one way or another.
