Big ups to those that posted the links for the police report and autopsy report. I printed the police report to read while I "lunched" at my desk. Lots of interesting stuff in there! It answered a lot of questions I had (like where Napoleon the dog was and who was taking care of him). Thank you!
It's not uncommon for a defense to constantly try and get a mistrial declared to buy more time to build their case.

He is the guy that Travis was supposed to have a conference call with him the night of his murder. I don't know why he is testifying, maybe the prosecution did an interview with him and the defense doesn't have the information.

I'm looking at those compared to the ones in Tabularasa's photobucket http://s1352.beta.photobucket.com/us...rasa6/library/ and I don't see a difference in gore. which ones look photoshopped?

According to HLN, Gus Searcy - (who works for Legal Shield, formerly PPL) will be taking the stand Monday for the defense. Searcy knew both Jodi and Travis and is working with the defense on the newest prosecutorial misconduct angle. Gus Searcy was also suppose to be on that big conference call with Travis that evening of the murder.
