Even if she gets convicted, I would bet good money that it gets reversed and remanded back to the court. There have just been too many errors so far and the trial is nowhere near complete.

Newb here, but I have been following the case a little. Can someone please tell me if Jodi has to testify? I was under the impression that you have to testify if you claim self defense but I heard yesterday that she may not.

I have heard a few times about how Travis was a big guy, or a "a little heavy set -- but this is obviously just mega death gas/bloat. Heavy set? No. My boyfriend is heavy set. Travis looks like a not-so-stocky short guy.

Someone found the coroner report or it may have been the testimony that Travis did not have a lot of bloating.

Here is a good blog that follows the case. One of the readers went to the trial and saw all the pics and described them, it sounded horrendous. Channon was basically kicked and beaten in her genital area. Chris' mom wanted to see him when they went to identify the body. The police were telling her that she doesn't want to see him (since he was burned from the knees up) so she just hugged the body bag and cried. Ugh.
