There are limits to the questions, the can't ask her if she did it!
If I'm on trial, I sure hope the jury can have their questions answered. I want them to have NO question that I didn't kill him.

My husband knows all, just in case something happens and the cops are like "why the hell was she googling amitriptyline suicide cocktails and lethal doses?"
This is all my family would hear. I liked Unsolved Mysteries as a kid and my mom thought it was so gross. If she only knew...
PT is Prosecution Team, sorry. I feel Jeff Ashton did prove murder. Why cover up a pool drowning? What was the chloroform and duct tape for? I know a lot of people don't agree, but I honestly feel the she should have been found guilty. I believe she murdered Caylee. I also believe Jodi premeditated Travis' murder. I hope Jodi is found guilty.
Ron, they can't ask anything that would violate her right to a fair trial. That's why the judge reviews them first. She past through a few and didn't ask them.
I'm so dumb! Sorry! I don't know. She has only read a few. I'm sure they can't ask too many, that would take too long.
I haven't seen this posted on this thread. - at least not in the last few weeks or so. This video was posted by Travis onto his last blog entry. Its him doing is motivational speaking thing for PrePaid Legal.
It was loaded on 5/16/08 but it doesn't indicate that that was near the time of the event.
Based on everything I have seen and read, the jury's decision ultimately hinged on Dr. G's findings. She couldn't give a COD. Also, they vigorously tried to discredit Dr.G for not opening the skull, but she knew if she did that with the skull being dry as a bone (no pun intended) that it would crumble to pieces. The defense brought in their own expert who did open the skull and it did exactly that, crumbled. He found nothing but dirt inside. However, the defense has browbeaten the jury so much about the way Dr. G conducted the autopsy (which I thought was impeccable) that he was able to create credibility doubt. If it hadn't been for these issues, she likely would have been found guilty.
I saw that. So sad.
Was he a jerk to her? Probably. But, it was a two way street with the two of them. Did he deserve to be murdered because of it? Obviously not. I really think that all the people who have come forward saying what a great guy he was are probably right. You don't get that many people saying that if it isn't at least mostly true. The only person saying he was a jerk is Jodi...and that is only after she changed her story to self-defense. Before that she was all "he was the best guy ever, he was so good to me, he was my best friend, etc."
Regardless...even if he was the biggest JERK in the world, he did NOT deserve to be murdered. I HATE that the defense is going to try to justify what she did. Sickening. More of the "blame the victim" stuff. Ugh.
I think Casey is guilty too, but I wasn't on the jury. We saw a lot of things that the jury didn't and we had access to a lot of info that the jury didn't. Obviously, based on the evidence presented in court, the jury felt that murder wasn't proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I was pissed at the time.

Real estate is dirt cheap in Az. I wonder if new owner Mr. Abram Woodward knows someone was murdered there.

I was reading the beginning of the thread yesterday and there was lots of discussion about if you could imagine living in that house, or any house that someone had been murdered in.
Me? No way. I don't believe in ghosts at all, but I would not be able to not picture what happened there.
I asked someone once in real estate here if they had to disclose if someone had been murdered or died at a property. She said they did not have to tell you unless you asked. Note to self...always ask!
(Who is Abram Woodward?)
