In Texas, a person commits manslaughter if they recklessly cause the death of another individual. It is a common lesser included offense in the murder categories. We don't like to come away empty handed down here in the South! (Sarcasm and loathing to the Texas Criminal Justice System)

um - she can't get manslaughter - she is being charged w. premiditated murder 1 or felony murder - if they find her guilty of manslaughter - which could fall into her self defense - then she goes free - there is no 2nd degree murder or manslughter choice

Someone else said this was his shirt, but I think it's clearly a female shirt and fits her small frame well so it couldn't have been his shirt, like his as in it was a shirt *he* wore...if he had a T-shirt company like his friends said (I'm thinking probably Cafe Press or the like) then I definitely could see her stalking his site and ordering one to "surprise" him.
