I really don't think Jodi had an accomplice. If she did, she would've thrown that person under the bus a long time ago. The place she rented the car from wasn't in Yreka, so she could have easily asked her grandfather or brother or friend or something to give her a ride to the Budget rental place, claiming it was cheaper or giving some seemingly logical explanation for why she didn't want to rent a car from one of the two places in her town.
There aren't too many people out there as crazy as Jodi. Especially since everyone seemed to be under the impression that she was sweet as pie.

Thanks guys. I suppose it can happen. They told me and my family that when my brother was stabbed , the first stab was fatal but how can they actually tell which one was first when someone is stabbed so many times? Just boggles me.

So what I don't get is when the stab wounds to the back occurred. I really was under the impression that he went to the sink first and coughed up blood all while she started to stab him in the back and he ran down the hallway. Then collapsed at the end, throat is slit and he is dragged back and shot in the head. It doesn't really explain when that happened.
I think that is blood on the floor. It is just too small to be a foot.

I think it's blood too. If you look at it long enough it takes on the shape of a foot, but it's not.
That video doesn't have him going to the sink at all, except to be shot there. Which can't be because he would have been on the floor and the blood spatter shows that he likely stood over the sink.
I agree. It is easy to see how it can be confused for a foot.

That's what I was thinking. He coughed up blood after the initial attack and while she started to wildly come after him from behind as he stood at the sink, possibly turned and received the defensive wounds and ran down the hallway. I was thinking the sink was directly across from the shower, it shows it not to be but I couldn't imagine it being that far of a trip.
This rendering picture does not account how Jodi's leg and foot could be in the shot. In the court picture, if it was truly a foot, the shot would have to had been taken from a standing, or almost standing position to make the foot look so small and far away and that doesn't account how the bottom of her pants would be in the shot if the view is from above. I agree if you look long enough it does start to look like a foot, but my first thought was, it's blood.

That is the most detailed explanation of the picture I have seen yet! It's exactly like that except that it's the bottom of her pant leg (you can see a seam going up the side) and a foot facing towards the right.
I'm not sure what they are saying she is innocent of? She straight up said she did it.
I can't figure out where they are going with that. What difference does it make to the court if it is his foot or a puddle of blood. It was brutal and she did it.
