Jodi Ann Arias shot and stabbed her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander to death

So the Detective first said the sequence of blows to Travis was that he shot first and then went back to say it was a misunderstanding after the ME said that he was stabbed first. They said that since he was confused that could create a reasonable doubt in the mind of the jury.

For some reason that would make it less cruel. I don't know why. The Judge was like, it doesn't matter what the sequence was, it was especially cruel and wasn't just self defense. He suffered physically and mentally and she still deserves the death penalty.

It's all about how cruel it was and how much he suffered prior to dying.

Basically the TL;DR: The Defense has nothing so they went after the poor Detective.

Which has like nothing to do with the fact that the bitch is guilty, she has confessed after lying her ass off. This broad killed Travis in overkill. This whole trial should be more of due process, instead it's about morals. If morals were really that important to this case, she failed to have them, once again case closed.

I feel terribly for Travis' family.

Yeah, I think they're grasping. If I was sitting on the jury, considering the death, as a whole, that Travis suffered would compel me to choose nothing less than guilty with a recommendation of death. And besides, regardless of the mix up, the picture of the casing on TOP of the blood would be enough to tell me he was stabbed/cut before he was shot. If I was Jodi, I'd be pissed at my lawyers. They seem clueless sometimes. The lady lawyer sometimes seems at a loss for words.

I really feel like he probably took care of his sisters while his parents were out doing drugs, to which they went with his grandmother and his parents eventually died.
