That hair root is going to fuck her up.
Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer: As Martinez angrily questions Flores in his redirect examination, Flores answers in monosyllables like a scolded and repentant schoolboy.
^lmao
Thank you!!! the "dark side"(Defense Attorney's) as we call them, are always grasping at straws. If the witness were to fart out of tune, the "dark Side" will make it into a HUGE ordeal. They are just basically setting it up for appeal.
(Guess I probably shouldnt say I work for the "Dark Side").
No wonder they are always late starting when the judge asks the jury to arrive at 10:25 for a 10:30 start
These people take more breaks and days off. JEEEEBUS
Post moar pictures, Mike. We need something to keep the thread going.![]()
We know she was there. I don't know how the hair root will fuck her up... ?
"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
Makes sense. You are saying the same thing I am, but with different words.![]()
[QUOTE=Obs3ssion;3281289] I think we are looking at the same thing. I couldn't tell if there was a ledge or wall his body could be resting against. It could definitely cause the pitting if there was. You make a great observation that it can be a bunching of the skin. However, I don't think it is caused from the ME staff moving the body for pics. Our skin is no longer elastic once we've been dead for so long. The bunching of the skin could have occurred from the position he was left in, as in, it bunched up at that time and was in it's "resting place." I have no idea if I am explaining this to be understood. I keep re-reading it and I can't think of anything, right now, to explain it better.
From what I understand it is definitely placing her at the scene. Yep, her hair was in his blood. So maybe he grabbed at her hair in an attempt to fight back? Usually hair has to be pulled out physically to have the root attached although I'm sure it can fall out on it's own with a smaller root.
My feed just came back on and the defence are talking about a mistrial
Shut the front door.
They seem to be talking about the testimonies today and giving their reasons why they should get a mistrial
I shouldn't have turned it off. I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS. I will flip shit if there is a mistrial just because of the Detective vs. M.E. bullshit.
Shit shit, I have to go homePlease keep us updated, those of you still on the feed
Could double jeopardy apply? I'm not well versed in legal stuff so if someone could chime in. She might end up with a smaller conviction?
I know in the Channon Christian case there was a mistrial because the Judge was all fucked up during the initial hearing. I'll have to see if anything has changed because of the mistrial.
edit: So is he trying to argue so she will get life instead of the death penalty? He's making it seem like the Detective was some evil villain doing this shit on purpose. Fuck, just dismiss his testimony if that's what you have to do instead of a mistrial. Everyone else gave pretty significant information showing her guilt.
