    Well that's what those pictures show and the ME said that he was shot last. I think the disagreement comes because for several years they claimed that Travis was shot first and the ME seemed to be in agreement with that. Now suddenly everyone's changed their stories to say that he was shot last. The defence seem to be trying to use that to call the evidence into question. They then hope that gives the jury reasonable doubt. Juries are not supposed to convict if they have reasonable doubt.

    I guess that's what he was doing yesterday when I thought that he was being hostile towards the witness. he was not hostile towards the witness, he was pissed at the defense. I just couldn't pay enough attention to what was going on because I had to work & stuff.

    Well it's because he stated that that was what Dr Horn told him, when in reality it is what he THOUGHT the Doc said. It was his misunderstanding, not the Dr's mind changing. Defense thought they saw an opening, but were shut down when the prosecutor came back up and had the detective clarify that it was HIS opinion/misunderstanding, and he is not a medical professional
