I know for a fact that all of these kids and their parents are following the blog. But since it seems that Toni has NO assets to sue for in civil court and despite the fact they have filed restraining orders, there is not much else the kids and their families can do. I am an American. I have always supported the Constitution. I never imagined that anything would happen that would make me want to repeal Freedom of Speech.

Toni's libelous, venomous, bullshit has changed my mind. And I find that sad. Sad that ONE crazy assed BITCH has trampled over the rights of others. I mentioned earlier that I never had any sympathy for her.

I'll revise that now to say I hope she is forever haunted by her daughter's death. Morgan escaped the only way she could. Toni is to blame and no one else.

The deputy I spoke to said she has been notified that some of the kids and their families have filed restraining orders and that she was notified IN PERSON yesterday.

Yes that too? I've read about people being arrested for online bullying and this is a clear case of bullying, in fact, I think her accusations are a lot worse than simple bullying. They must be able to do something?

I wish someone would give a statement from the families as to their side as all we have so far is what Toni is saying, even though its clearly all her own delusions.

However, I do agree, a child's death is not something any parent ever gets over. A close friend of mine lost her baby girl to a drowning almost 20 years ago, and to this day she still lives with the hurt and regret.

I had high hopes that ONE report would get action, but was ultimately told that Toni has a RIGHT to name first and last names and ruin lives.

Maybe the more people who call might wake Garfield Sheriff's Department up. Not trying to force this issue, just letting people know that they are taking phone calls and following the blog.

Has the been any hint that there was abuse? Interesting. I do think Toni lives with a lot and it could be contributing to her mental state that she had a fight with Morgan the night before and I can't off hand remember exact words but I recall Morgans very last words to her mother were not exactly loving. I think she called Toni a bitch and told her to leave her alone? ( correct if wrong) but to find her dead the next morning must have been terrible. It would eat at me I think.

The deputy I spoke to was involved actively in Morgan's stalking investigation. He said they are just as upset as anyone else, BUT Colorado law allows her to say whatever in the FUCK she wants to say. I know my own state does not allow that.

Her supporters have already written to Dateline and Dr. Phil asking that these shows highlight her pack of lies and she thanked them for putting her story out to them. Is she REALLY stupid enough to think national media is going to run with her delusions without thoroughly investigating ALL aspects of her so called "case"?

I don't understand how this is supposed to help at all? Hounding the Sheriff's Department isn't going to make what she is doing suddenly illegal. If their hands are tied and there isn't anything they can do, having a bunch of people call them to report it isn't going to do anything but waste their time. They don't need to "wake up", they are already clearly aware of it.

She already did some half assed radio interview with Websleuths. When the owner of Websleuths invited her back she cancelled saying she was going to be "on the road" with no telephone access. Yet she has stated over and over she has a CELL PHONE.

Toni cancelled her second interview with Websleuths because she KNEW she had backed her lying ass into a corner during the FIRST interview where she kept laughing and joking about Morgan's death!

Her followers justify their stalking of those other kids by calling them "trash" and 'garbage". How are they going to justify it here. This man is a father, a husband, a business owner. Remember Jim Jones and his cult of kool-aid drinkers? I think in the long run that is what Toni is going for. Some people are drinking her poisonous kool-aid, others are resisting. BUT every day Toni keeps posting libel and so far getting by with it.
