Toni claims that on the night of Morgan's death that B mixed the deadly drug cocktail. K intended for B to give her a knockout drug just to subdue her so he could dress her and take her out of her bedroom. B got carried away out of jealousy and mixed a DEADLY drug cocktail and HH was the lookout for all of them. This story of Toni's would involve THREE different people being in her home on the Morgan died. BUT neither of the dogs or the parents heard ANYTHING. The motion detector lights did not go off. The sound alarms did not go off as they had on previous nights.
AND this deadly cocktail was in liquid form and they somehow forced Morgan to drink it without her waking up. How's that for crazy?

I was VERY disappointed when the Deputy called me back. I'll try to keep this brief. The deputy reiterated that some families have filed a restraining order against Toni. Deputies DID go to her house yesterday to notify her of the restraining orders filed.
NOW here is the disappointing part: The deputy told me that they are very aware of the blog. He talked to his supervisor before calling me back. He reported that even the death threats that she has allowed to be posted are protected as Freedom of Speech. And that the Colorado law prohibiting libel on the internet has been repealed, again because it is unconstitutional to restrict Freedom of Speech.
He said that the families who have filed the restraining orders will have to pursue civil suits. Again, she's aware of the restraining orders, but has no fear of them. He also suggested to STOP giving hits to her blog since she's eating it up and it only emboldens her. That she is someone that LE in Garfield County has determined to be batshit crazy but the more we post, the "higher" she gets from the attention.
Sad to report that my best efforts failed.
How is that a fail? If you pull her blog, you're just fueling her paranoia. If you just ignore her, then she can't claim she's being persecuted.
EXACTLY. But Toni is NOT known for deductive reasoning or sticking to the scientific facts.
I don't see that as a failure, I would imagine if enough people complained they would have to do something...and I could guess that you are not the only person to have called. Seems your laws suck as bad as ours.
Having said that, I could guess the families must be planning something, how long could they sit back and ignore while she drags their names through the mud and accuse them of murder over the Internet. These young folks will one day have to find work etc and if their names are googled, it's there for all to see never mind Elliott who has his own business.
They must all be following the blog???

I know for a fact that all of these kids and their parents are following the blog. But since it seems that Toni has NO assets to sue for in civil court and despite the fact they have filed restraining orders, there is not much else the kids and their families can do. I am an American. I have always supported the Constitution. I never imagined that anything would happen that would make me want to repeal Freedom of Speech.
Toni's libelous, venomous, bullshit has changed my mind. And I find that sad. Sad that ONE crazy assed BITCH has trampled over the rights of others. I mentioned earlier that I never had any sympathy for her.
I'll revise that now to say I hope she is forever haunted by her daughter's death. Morgan escaped the only way she could. Toni is to blame and no one else.
