The witness list has been released ahead of the murder trial of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, the man charged in connection with the 1996 killing of rapper Tupac Shakur.
Among those expected to take the stand is Marion “Suge” Knight, who was in the car with Shakur at the time of the shooting.
Knight is the only other surviving witness to the murder.https://www.fox5vegas.com/2026/08/03...ected-testify/Knight is currently serving a 28-year prison sentence at a California facility for a deadly hit-and-run crash in 2015.
In a 2023 interview with TMZ, Knight said he would not testify.
“1000% I wouldn’t go,” Knight said. “I wouldn’t testify, none of that.”
