I think it was a Dick Tips error. And not just because it cracks me up to write his name. I think there was a funeral home error that sent her to cremation and they then lost track of her cremains.
I think Bill was just being Bill and that in itself makes him suspicious. I think he's got the type of personality that makes him almost obsessive and while most people are kind of creeped out by that type, I don't think he actually was criminal in any way in regards to Julie's remains.

Totally Dick Tips and the incompetency of his operation. Bill was a convenient patsy to shift the blame on to. A weird, troubled and obsessed patsy, but a patsy nonetheless. There's no way in hell that someone could pull off a corpsenapping in broad daylight during open hours directly after the funeral without help from the inside and a plan in place. Not to mention managing to hide said corpse while being scrutinized by LE and the Public in general after the fact.
She was shipped off for cremation, they didn't have the correct paperwork in order and she's on someone's mantle right now with a "Our Dear Grandma" plaque affixed to the urn.

I was curious how things were going at Dick Tip's business; here are some of the latest reviews on Yelp.
I just went to leave flowers 2/19/24 at my dads gravestone. The entire area was full of weeds and leaves. In the summer when I went the area was all dirt! However the entrance is always nice green with grass and mowed all for show! My parents pre paid for Perpetual Care Cemetery. But Dick Tips owner is keeping the money that should be allotted to the up keep of All The Cemetery not just small areas for show!!!I wrote a review about this crematory and funeral home a while ago and it has been deleted. I have my parents buried there my family and I have been very disappointed with the low class treatment and quality, service and all the above.
This is nothing more than another business to Mr Tips. Please just google the man, read his reviews, and look at his commercials and his God awful attire. I'm sorry but there is nothing good about Mission Park.
