The only way that he's getting out early is if a president pardons him. I think that federal prison is 80/20. He has to serve at least 80%, but it should depend on the sentence in my opinion. He needs to serve all of that time, and intense counseling. I'm not sure if you can cure people like him though.

He was arrested by police in Tontitown, Arkansas, and is awaiting extradition to Bay County, which covers Panama City.In an interview, the now 14-year-old girl told police that Duggar allegedly touched her inappropriately on several occasions during a family vacation in Panama City Beach in 2020, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office said.
The girl said Duggar repeatedly asked her to sit on his lap, the sheriff's office said. During the course of the vacation, Duggar also asked the girl to sit next to him on a couch and used a blanket to cover the both of them, the victim told police, after which he allegedly touched her genitals and rubbed his hands on her thighs.
The victim said the incidents stopped after Duggar eventually apologized, according to the sheriff's office.

According to the Tontitown Arkansas Police Department, the town in which the Duggars live, Kendra Duggar was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment — both in the second degree — on Friday.At the time, the Bay County Sheriff's Office stated those charges related to the alleged 2020 molestation of a then-9-year-old girl in Panama Beach, Fla.
