....good movie though.
Wanna talk about Trump?
I bet your option on him is just as stupid.
...and yet. ..here you are.

I find it had to believe that it ever made it to the crematorium. That seems hard to fuck up.
My guess is some sick fuck that works took her home with them or Tips himself got involved to help save the family money by moving her in an "off the books" manner. No telling what kind of crazy scheme would be worked up if that were the case.
I don't know why they would wait almost a year to bring me in to ask for my DNA or why Detective Selame is trying to start shit with me. ...
"I wouldn't say he's being overly cooperative"....bull shit.
Whomever is responsible doesn't understand how many people this has affected.
^^ And there it is again, folks.^^
Billy Bonkers does not believe this was an "accidental" or "early" cremation, because he knows that didn't happen, and he knows the authorities know that didn't happen. He knows her body was stolen, and the cops do, too, so he's trying to blame "some sick fuck" for the theft. (And he wants us to believe that his arch nemesis, the very wealthy Dick Tips, possibly had her moved "off the books" to save money. Uh-huh.)
I'm pretty sure they decided to charge him with trespassing so they could get his DNA. They probably needed to show the judge something solid to get the judge to order the DNA test ... such as evidence proving he likes to lurk around the funeral home like an obsessed weirdo. And they needed a reason to get him in custody.
Is what what I really think? Missions Parks moves bodies from that facility to their crematory all the freaking time. What is so complicated? It's routine for them.

Ah, thanks, that makes sense. What if the body never really left the funeral home and is hidden on the premises in plain sight somewhere? I know this sounds icky when talking about the death of a beautiful young lady, but would have the body been preserved and odourless?
No judge order that I submit my DNA. I have it willingly. ..and how awesome is it that the title to this has changed. 3 weeks and Google will refresh its SEO.
...gave it willingly
Pretty cool that some of you have picked up on that...
Two possibilities I think. ..
A hail mary move on the detectives part. They have nothing and are receiving some sort of pressure while the statute of limitations runs out.
This really isn't my opinion but something someone has suggested.
The other. ...
Maybe they found something and waited for that to happen to use what they could to keep any request for DNA separate. If I had ever formally been charged, I'd be entitled to the ends and the outs of the ongoing case.
I don't think they want that.
As far as "trial" for me. ..
There won't be one.
First, please forgive me. I have a head injury so I'm trying to see if I have this all straight. Julie's funeral was in August 2015. Bill was caught on surveillance video trespassing in June 2016. Twice. The article I read, said a judges signed off on a warrant for DNA. Here's a link to the article where I read this.

I would sue them but those are just more memories I don't want.
So dramatic too ...lol.
I can't wait to "flee" from work today. ..
I'm supposed to meet with my lawyers sometime this week.
...I'm sure they'll have dollar signs in their eyes
You don't qualify for legal aide or a pro-bono Lawyer? I'm not swre how the (in)justice system works there, it seems a waste of money to shell out to lawyers, on a case that seems to be going nowhere, and to be honest, I doubt you'd win a lawsuit against to cops until the case is solved, which I don't think will ever be the case.
