This is insane. They are not blocked on my end, but my husband just checked and he is blocked from seeing results of #democrats on IG.
The search function doesn't seem to be blocking me, but when I opened instagram I was following Vance! WTF? I immediately unfollowed and checked my list and everything else looks okay. Guess I better keep an eye on it.

Okay, so I did the searches around 11am my time. I had a witness to is that this was happening as my boss also did the searches on her Instagram for the same terms and got the same results. This would have been in the middle of the night or early morning for most in the U.S., but here are the receipts. The Nazi one was posted by a friend over here and was taken earlier in the morning. But the other three were screenshots taken at 10:48am my time. Same results for my boss who went pale when she saw it.
Later in the day, it was working again, but I think this was a test that some didn't realize they were doing.

Yes. Instagram was blocking certain searches yesterday, but reinstated them? All I know is that I know I'm not going crazy because my boss witnessed the same thing on her phone.

I searched Fox News and everything came up. I searched CNN and the same message blocking results came up. It was obvious that they were controlling the narrative. So don't be surprised if/when they activate this since META is now sucking DT's dick.

Okay I read that because I was following the previous president and vp (Biden and Harris) it automatically had me follow the new ones. That makes sense, but once I unfollowed it should've been the end of it, right? It's just odd.
