Young twins died after being found unresponsive in a car parked along Interstate 95 in Miami early Friday and the female driver was critically injured when she jumped off an overpass when police arrived, authorities said.

NBC Miami described the victims as a boy and a girl who were fraternal twins between the ages of three and four.

The investigation had traffic tied up north of Downtown Miami and was delaying commuter trains.

Miami-Dade County Police said 911 calls were received at about 2 a.m. about the boy and girl, who were in the back seat of a car parked on the Golden Glades Interchange where I-95 meets Florida?s Turnpike. It is one of South Florida?s busiest traffic spots.

    Passersby were attempting CPR.

When officers and fire-rescue arrived, the woman jumped off the overpass onto train tracks well below, "which is a considerable distance," Detective Andre Martin told reporters.

She jumped over an overpass onto a railroad track and lived? wow

Im guessing she killed the children.

The deaths of 3-year-old Florida twins who were found in the back of their mother’s car in February have been ruled homicides, meaning the mother could face elevated charges.

Shirlene Alcime, 42, was originally charged with child neglect after Miami-Dade police alleged her two children, Milendhet and Milendhere Napoleon-Cadet, were found unresponsive in the back of her car on Feb. 2.

Before the twins were found, police said Alcime jumped off an overpass in an apparent suicide attempt.

Local 10 previously reported that the twins were found foaming at the mouth. Police said they were taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.

When you fuck the economy and have no safety net for citizens, this is what happens. It's gonna continue, too. What you wanna bet there was no father figure in the picture, or mom had no means by which to care for these kids and work to keep them fed/clothed/housed? America fucking sucks anymore, and Americans who can afford it, the ones not affected, don't notice or care that this is happening. It's beyond pathetic. But does this stuff make national headlines like the opioid crisis? Nahhh.
Don't like what I have to say? I respect that. Go fuck yourself.
