Lorincz said that she fired the Remington 380 gun and admitted to owning a 22 Ruger ? claiming she only purchased the gun 'for protection after an altercation' with Owens.

That Sheriff is where it's at. I GUARANTEE if this happened in Glynn County, you bet your ASS that she wouldn't even be arrested. They use these laws to "legally" kill POC. Count how many times racists have killed POC using the Stand Your Ground "out" versus how many times people actually NEEDED the law. It's a loophole many cops use to write off the deaths of POC.

This guy wasn't just going to open and shut this one. Think about it. They had to ACTUALLY FIND a reason why she WASN'T innocent. They actually had to work around this law to prove that a blatant murder was murder. That's fucking maddening to me.

She hated them because they were black and she was a racist bitch. She started shit with her and the family because she was a racist bitch. She them ASSAULTED the children while screaming racist shit at them and broke their iPad and then shot and killed their Mom. And they had to FIND a way around a law in order to charge her. Glynn County would have considered that "Self Defense".

A white Florida woman was convicted Friday of manslaughter in the fatal shooting of a Black neighbor after the jury rejected her claims that she fired through a metal door in self-defense amid an ongoing dispute over children playing outside her home.

The all-white jury in Ocala, Florida, found 60-year-old Susan Lorincz guilty after 2 1/2 hours of deliberation. Lorincz faces up to 30 years in prison at sentencing.
