Woman releases bees on sheriff's deputies who were serving eviction notice

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/...uties-91750651

A Massachusetts woman is facing multiple assault and battery charges for allegedly releasing a swarm of bees on a group of sheriff's deputies, some of them allergic to bee stings, as they tried to serve an eviction notice, authorities said.

That's kind of funny. Just the fact she thought to release bees to get away from the cops, someone must be a fan of Tommy Boy like me!

Attack bees is a new one for me. The poor bees though. They lost their hive and a lot of them obviously died from stinging the officers.

You've never seen Tommy Boy? It's not the same, but Chris Farley and David Spade got pulled over and ran around the car pretending they were being attacked by bees. It worked and the cops left.

They most certainly do. When we have no more bees, we have no world to live in.

Absolutely! Without bees we are all dead, and they are in trouble.

Im on the cops side in this case. They were doing thier job, its not their fault she was getting evicted, and didnt deserve to get attacked. My sister used to serve evictions and I worried about her.

Kind of related story: When I externed at Animal Control there were a lot of animal cops there. They kept getting called about a neglected dog and they would bring him in, but he was always returned. One time the cops went to seize her other animals, and she tried to "sic" the dog on the cops. The dog ran up and licked them and jumped into their arms lol. Stupid lady.

I'm with you on several levels. You don't pay your rent, you don't get to stay. Also, you don't need to kill bees, and finally, the officers were just doing their jobs and acting normal from the sounds of it. I heard that one of the officers told her he had a bee allergy and she released more bees and said "good". I don't see how that's not assault on her part, so I think she deserved to be arrested for this.

I just dont understand what she thought this would accomplish. Other people wouldnt evict her because bees?
