I don't understand. There are no hints as to what the words could be, you just have to try random words?
I have a word game on my phone I play every day. It gives you a bunch of letters and you have to use them to make words (it gives you empty spaces so you know how many letters are in each word).
This wordle just seems too random for me to do.

Well, you have to start out with a random word. Then it tells you if your word contains any of the Wordle letters and if they are in the right place or not. Today's word just about made my brain 'splode, but I (miraculously) got it in four tries. Took up most of my brainpower for the day.

I always start with a word with lots of vowels. Like ALIVE. Then if there are no matches I'll do something like QUOTE, then build from there. You can eliminate all the letters you've used. I enjoy it. But what I hate hate hate is the fact that the same letter can be reused. So things like TEEMS always trip me up.
So start with: TRIOS
RI are correct and in place. S is in the word but not in place
PRIST
RIS are correct
FRISK
RISK are correct
BRISK
