I bought a game cube just so I could play Muppets Party Cruise. That's literally the only game I have and I've had the stupid thing for like 3 years. :lol:

The wii is only 250 :lol: We are going in with grandparents to get it for his bday, roughly 70 each. I kinda dont want to cause he got a DS for Christmas and it is so lost. That was 130 just lost. We have looked hard and the Zelda DS is no where in this house. He can find all his games but DS. I still have issues with it.

my brother has a wii and he uses a projector with it so the whole wall is the wii...u feel like u are really bowling..i only have a 36 inch so my will screen looks so small in comparison

It's only 1200.00 because he has two speeding tickets. His license was suspended, for 6 months, on June 7. We are meeting with our agent on Wed. to see what our options are. They don't want to insure him anymore.

I'm hurt and disturbed by all of this.
Should I tell them I know? If so should I be blunt and say I peeked at the mail (through a light)? He has been paying the same amount since he bought the house....
I was thinking of saying my puppy tore apart the mail (I keep in a trash bag on the floor for them) and that I saw it that way.

Shansen, I think you should say something to your friend just so you have back up should that guy try to evict you or charge you more....although I'm not sure what kind of rights you'd have since you didn't sign a lease.
I was overcharged as a subletter. It sucks but unfortunately it's the risk you take. To be honest, it's his property, and he has the right to charge you whatever you're willing to pay. He was nice to charge you less than the mortgage, IMO, and maybe dumb, because the best way to pay off a property is to lease it out.

i live in a 2bedroom town house. and i signed a lease stating i would pay 500$ blah blah, well no "fixing" has ever gone on in this t-home. even though ive called 4-5 times about our plumbing i finally had to call someone out of my own pocket to get it fixed. when i gave him the bill he said tough, i should have waited for him to do it.. while i had no water or toilet for almost a week and was showering at my neighbors. which i THEN found out that we all have the SAME t-house yet they pay 400 a month?!?!?!?! i don't get that?
