Occurred Location: 1400 8th Ave Floor 7 room 19, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. That address is for the Baylor All Saints Medical Center. Just an interesting twist if he did.

The Azle man was pronounced dead about 4:05 a.m. in a room on the seventh floor of the hospital, located in the 1400 block of Eighth Avenue, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s website.
A hospital official would not confirm whether the man was a patient.
