Laurie Shaver found guilty of second-degree murder after husband found buried in their backyard
After a four-hour deliberation, the jury found Shaver guilty of:
Murder in the second degree with a firearm.
Not guilty of:
Accessory after the fact to a life felony.
Shaver's sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 25 at 9 a.m.
Good.
Wow, this took a WHILE to get done! I hardly remembered the case except for the body outline in the concrete that she tried to cover up, but kept coming back. I saw that the photos that Berm posted are gone now so I searched to see if I could find one that showed the body mark, but they seemed to have disappeared from the net
