A Middleton man who was reported missing hasn't been heard from for more than a month, police said.
Middleton police said the family of 36-year-old John Balistreri Jr. hasn't spoken to him since Sept. 11.
Police are looking to check his welfare.
Anyone who has seen or spoken to Balistreri, or anyone with information on his whereabouts, is asked to call or text Middleton police at 608-824-7300.
