The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop K, Criminal Investigation Assessment Unit, continue their investigation into the disappearance of Chelsea Lee Ricker as a result of recent information received. Chelsea was last observed in a verbal dispute with her roommate at an apartment above the SKA Coffee Shop, located at 2418 Kensington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. Chelsea was last heard from on February 19, 2012.
