He suffers from bipolar disorder and hasn't had his medication since Monday the 14th which as a result will make him quite paranoid.
Police are still looking for a man missing from Woronora since December.
Stuart Dohrn, 43, left his Woronora home on Monday December 14 at 5.30pm and didn’t return.
Mr Dohrn hasn’t been seen or heard from since December and there are concerns for his welfare.
Sutherland police believe he has minimal cash on him with his wallet and mobile phone left at home.
He has been known to visit the Royal National Park, Blue Mountains and Helensburgh areas.
Mr Dohrn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, stocky build, about 186cm tall and has short brown and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue coloured short sleeve dress shirt and Khaki coloured pants.

It is SO hot here lately. Middle of summer and we are on day 1 of a three day heatwave apparently. It's going to be about 110 degrees today. He needs to get out of the bush if he is there.
