The small Arizona town I grew up in was pretty famous because we had an awesome rehab facility that celebrities were frequently sent to. Since the town was so small and secluded, some of them had no issues walking around and getting to know people.
Val Kilmer's mom also lives in the town and so he frequently came to town to watch the high school football games. He's a mega-douche.
My mom's aunt and uncle were lifelong best friends with Sissy Spacek's parents.
Trace Adkins (country singer) is from the next town over from my hometown. My husband graduated from the same school he did, and Trace's mom taught at my school.
My dad graduated with a girl who was supposedly the illegitimate child of Elvis Presley. She looked just like him too.

My daughter was quite proud of hanging out with Robert Allen Mukes, guy from House of 1,000 Corpses, last month. He was at Monster-con here in SC, where she is was promoting her haunted house attraction. She was thrilled shitless because he showed up Sunday with her t-shirt she gave him.
My daughter and her husband are real close friends with a guy who is an actor. He rents a room from Sally Kirkland. He stays with my daughter and her husband when he comes to town.

I was friends with some guys in a band that played on warped tour a few years back, and there were several record companies trying to sign them, so while I was hanging out at their merch tent, Pete Wentz came over to hang out and talk to them about signing with his label, then he, a two of the dudes from the band and 1 went and had lunch together. He is not nearly as douchey as he seems, surprisingly.

I live in L.A, work in the entertainment business, and my parents were television writers so yeah I have a lot of 'connections'.
Well it depends on where in LA you live because also most famous people have assistants do everything for them.
Not Prescott no, but Prescott is very similar. I'm talking about Wickenburg, which is about 60 miles northwest of Phoenix. A lot of Arizona towns are out in the middle of nowhere so it makes for an ideal getaway for celebrities.
