It seems to only be the yearly auto updates? When I was doing it manually it went through no dramas. Not that that actually explains anything as far as fixing it goes, so I'll just shush.

i don't know if preemie automatically renews when you send payment. it may need a manual fix.

Just realised my preemie hasn't credited again? I've got it set to auto-pay annually on my credit card so it must be screwing or something because I definitely saw it on my bank statement the other week.
