I don't even watch Miss America pageants I'm just pointing out the obvious. If a Woman does her walk down the runway during the pageant with braided armpit hair, you seriously wouldn't see that and think it's rather strange? And if someone said, "Hey! Look at that. I came in here for an update and was surprised that the conversation had somehow moved to a serious discussion of Miss America's arm pit hair. I guess I have some reading to do.

It wasn't just people criticising her on her own fb posts either. They put some serious effort in to it. There were entire surfing forum threads & local Hawaiian pages dedicated to tearing down her surfing & business efforts & her looks FOR YEARS.


Yeah. I know. Much like the first 2 pages of this one that I took part in.




Some of those earlier forums would've been pretty devastating for anyone, but for someone with her issues - knowing that the people writing that shit were her own local surfing community & that she was walking among them everyday, well I can't imagine it helped things any.

So I was randomly reading this thread and decided to look her up. She has a new FB and has been posting recently, seems to be doing better. Gained some weight and looks healthy, doesn't seem to be posting anything cray cray so I am guessing she is on meds and doing better.
