I don't know what they found because the b@$t@rd$ at the FBI wouldn't let me go on this raid, damnit.
They did remove bags of evidence from the house, but apparently the prosecutor didn't think there was enough evidence to convince a jury. We see that a lot in this forum. It should be noted that the warrant was executed two and a half years after Kendrick died, giving the former FBI agent plenty of opportunity to destroy evidence. If he was any good at his job, the evidence would have been gone the next day.
You are talking to a woman who has laughed in the face of death, sneered at doom and chuckled at catastrophe.

I don't get why his parents are still pushing their narrative. I feel for them, but it was a tragic accident.
Not the first, remember this case? Heartbreaking.Originally Posted by Angiebla

Yeah but in that case there was an actual person responsible for Conner's death. A company and a driver that wasnt vetted good enough were to blame.
That is not the case here. There was no one that caused Kendrick's death. It was a terrible accident.
Ugh...."Access Denied" so I can't read the article. To this day I see posts from people claiming that this was a murder along with Kenneka Jenkins. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. There's zero evidence in either case that anyone else was responsible for their deaths. It drives me up a wall.
Quote from article above: A subsequent independent autopsy requested by the family determined the death was not accidental but caused by "blunt force trauma to the right side of Kendrick's neck, near the jaw." A third autopsy in 2018 also showed findings of "apparent, non-accidental, blunt force trauma" and that some of Kendrick's organs were missing.
ORGANS WERE MISSING?! Who tf did this "independent autopsy"?
@Jenna - I think I had read somewhere (maybe even in this thread) that is was a hack that did the independent autopsy. I may also just be losing my mind, but I believe that the organs weren't missing, but wrapped in newspaper or something bizarre like that? From the first autopsy? Maybe I'm just losing my mind, but I seem to remember something about newspaper being stuffed in to the body or something. It could have been a completely different case that I'm thinking of or one that never existed given how my brain functions these days.
Regardless, it wasn't enough motivation for the police to reopen the case and investigate it. If you fell head first down the center of a tall gym mat, you're going to be banged up along the way. I don't see how they can claim that they were "non-accidental" injuries. In addition, when you are fixed in a position like that for a long period, I would assume it would cause some kind of bruising. Your body weight is crushing you down in to the side of the mat.
the 2nd and 3rd autopsy were done by the same doctor. The 3rd autopsy basically just reinforced what he found on the 2nd one and instead of a new report, he issued an addendum to the 2nd autopsy report.
the organs were disposed of by the funeral home and the body was stuffed with newspaper. The practice apparently used to be more common and has fallen out of favor.
