I'm not a fan of the death penalty, because of the race and class based implications, but she's gonna get it.

1:40pm AZ time, death penalty. That awesome tshirt that she so carefully designed, was the nails in her coffin.

She should not be executed because state sponsored murder is wrong.

    Life is more than fine.

I've went back and forth. I believe the jury will put her to death if they come back today.

But, if they take days to decide, I believe it could be LWOP.

Well, I already voted prior to the verdict, for M1 - Death Penalty. I still think that will be the case. I would hope they reach a decision today. If so, I'm going to say noon AZ time.

I think they are going to go with Life to prevent a hung jury

I am going LWOP. The question today from the jury was what did LWOP mean exactly. I think some are hesitate to give LWOP because the judge can give her LWOP with possible parole in 25 years. Once they realize that this judge will only sentence her to LWOP with no possible parole they will give her LWOP. I really do not think the judge will sentence her to LWOP and a possible parole in 25 years, it would end her career and she would get way too much flack for it. The judge will do the right thing if indeed it come to that decision, that is something the jury has to realize.

I also believe if there is more than one juror who does not want the DP, which i believe there is. They will not change their minds, it is a lot easier to get people to change from the DP thought, than to get people who want to save her life to change and take it away. Common sense.
