Dana Boshell - last seen 4 July 2012 but only reported missing in October

Deputies are asking for the public's help in the search for Dana Boshell, a 38-year-old woman who likely went missing in July.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office considers her disappearance suspicious. They say Boshell was last seen by family on July 4 and has had no contact with them since then.

Deputies say there has been no withdrawals from her bank account since July, and no personal items in her apartment have been removed.

Her family reported her missing Monday.

Boshell is 5-foot-5 and 120 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Her last home was in Courtney Palms, a condominium complex off U.S. 301 near the Leroy Selmon Crosstown Expressway.

Deputies ask that anyone with information about Boshell's whereabouts call the Sheriff's Office at (813) 247-8200.

who paid her rent for those 3 mnths? I know here in OR by the 12th we would be taking steps to evict someone that wasnt paying rent

Well if it makes you feel better the newspaper article is from October 2012. So she'd "only" been missing 3 months or so.

I'd like to think I'd be missed sooner, but...

I'm guessing someone who lives alone and doesn't have regular contact with the rest of her family so that it took a while for her absence to be noticed.

Well I know that lol. It just made me chuckle to think what would happen if I went missing. I shudder at the thought, but people's initial reaction would be to be angry at me rather than concerned for my safety. Kind of sad actually.

i don't call my parents sometimes for weeks at a time. If it weren't for coworkers, i suspect me dying would go unnoticed for a month or longer.
