MDS Mike manually (re)activates all the premium accounts as the forum software doesn't do it automatically like PayPal does.

I think I did mine by credit card. It was pretty cut and dry. You need to start an account first at PayPal. What Nestle listed should be enough to start it out once you get in there.
I was going to check to make sure, but I didn't want to create another username. I think you should just have to click on it and when it sends you to the paypal site it should say something about using paypal as a guest, I think it's in smaller letters, I'm not exactly sure. I've only used it once that way, and it was a month or two ago.

Go to Paypal.com, Click on send and it will bring up the option to send to a phone number or email address. Just put in [email protected] During the process you will be asked if you want to comment, put your username on MDS in there and your done.

Why don't you guys use paypal? I asked Mike and he said you can do CC via pay pal if you choose.
