Perfumes, colognes, body sprays. What yummy smells do you use/like?

I didn't want this lost in the beauty thread since it's not *quite* the same.

I bought myself some VS Beauty Rush stuff in "Juiced Berry" and love love love it. I also use Angel perfume (The Thierry Mugler kind, not the VS kind) for going out so I need something to go with that and can't afford to stock up on that brand of body wash, etc.

Mainly, though, I'm looking to expand my scent collection and was wondering what the ladies here use, and what the guys like to smell on their ladies. And guys, I want to know what you like to wear, too!

I regularly wear Kenneth Cole Reaction and get compliments on it often.  As far as body wash, my roommate got me a new smell from Bath and Body Works called Twilight Woods and the woman I'm dating said it smells really good.

i don't ever wear perfume.  i'll wear oils from time to time. 

i love the smell of old spice.  when i was a kid i used to rub it on my hands before bed.

my mom recently replaced my carebear sleeping bag she threw out 20 years ago, which pissed me off.  you should tell your sister you want a new one.  surely she can find one on ebay.

daisy by marc jacobs is and has been one of my favorite scents for a couple of years now. i am a boring one scent gal. i prefer a real perfume to those sticky sweet body sprays from like, bath & body works. but i do like floral-y scents.  prior to daisy, i wore nanette lepore by nanette lepore. i wore it for a couple of years but i outgrew the scent. another fragrance i loved was parfum d'ete by kenzo. still love that one, acutally but i'm pretty sure it's discontinued.

My absolute favourite for a while is by Jo Malone. Pomegranet Noir. I LOVE it and I get lots of compliments about smelling good when I wear it.



For nights out I wear Deep Red by Hugo boss.

[/quote]I scored mine for about $15 including shipping because the seller was pretty new and it was a bit of a gamble. I did a happy dance for days afterward  :lol: If it's not the real thing, it's in the right bottle and a really really good rip-off of the scent and I'm not regretting the money at all but it smells exactly like the samples I'd gotten at a store and usually rip-offs aren't quite the right scent IMO.

And I bought this for my boyfriend. I highly recommend it. Its a tough choice on what smells better to me between this and Acqua di Gio, and that has always been one of my favorite guy scents.

I love perfume/smellys etc, It's probably down the fact I'm one of those people that always thinks they smell. I swear by Alien by Thierry Mugler, It's all I really wear, but quite expensive to keep up with.

I can't even really smell my cologne anymore, but I still only give myself one spray.  I prefer it to be more subtle.  You might only get a faint smell when I walk by.

nope.  i'm saying you smell just fine the way you are.  i'm not a huge fan of perfumes.

one of my favorite jokes evar, 'why do women wear makeup and perfume?  because the are ugly and they smell bad.'
