I think I'll pass on Crossed as well. Transmetropolitan has been on my list of reads for a while though.
another solid episode tonight I thought.
dont wanna spoil so that is all i will say.
Thanks Andy for no spoilers, I am waiting and waiting for the show to load. My internet sure stinks at this hour.

I've been liking this season more than the first. It seems like Rick had worked on his accent a bit after season 1.
My gf pointed out a good reason for Shane still being alive. It makes for good soap opera material to keep up the drama in the series.
I cannot get over which is worse, the acting on this show or the scripts. It's a chicken-egg level of curiosity.
Is anyone else utterly bored by the show? I mean, how many times can they have the same damn conversation (but with different people at different times)? And why do all the women characters suck? I'm sick of the Sophie plot line and I don't care if Carl lives or dies (who the fuck lets their kid walk up to a wild animal in a zombie filled wilderness?). Argh!
Yeah, the old guy is the prime example of having the same damned conversation over and over just with different people.
It's a shame that Dale is annoying because he's one of the better characters in the comics.
As this season progresses, I think the entire concept is far better on paper than on tv.
You have to admit that the water logged, well zombie was awesome looking.

The problem is a combination of terrible scripts and bad acting.
I'm liking the redneck guy more and more every episode and he appears to be the most intelligent person on the show.
Yeah I don't mind him as much.. and I am waiting for whatsherface to snap out of her funk and just start blasting zombie's like she should.
Also, to spice up the show, the little girl should come back as a zombie. (I know it's following a storyline.. so please tell me this happens.. )
I really don't care what happens to Sophia. She's not a huge part of the books, though she does have quite the longevity for survival.
Forget about Andrea as well. I'm hoping Michonne shows up in the show eventually. She's the most ass kickingest zombie killer in the entire story.
I think more along the lines of they never become interesting.
