Reclusive R&B singer D'Angelo was arrested this weekend when he solicited a $40 blow job from an undercover policewoman while he was driving through the East Village in New York in his Range Rover. D'Angelo was immediately arrested and charged with solicitation, and was found to have $12,000 in his car. So apparently the $40 offer was just his low-ball number.

I guess the consolation for D'Angelo fans is that maybe since he's out asking undercover cops for $40 hummers, he might be done with that new album he's been working on for 10 years.
