Funny thing is, I remember replying to him. I have looked through the death penalty thread and searched the forum for both Laci and Scott (via our search engine and google) and I can't find anything.

I actually find this quite shocking. Typically they only take on cases where grave injustices occurred. This is stupid.

The only reason anything is happening with this case, is because Scott's attorney is Mark Geragos. Hes very powerful and well known.
