Forensic Files is the SHIT. It was the OG true crime show and the narrator was amazing. Once you heard the voice, you KNEW what show was on. He sadly passed away in 2016. His name was Peter Addenbrooke Thomas.

It's fun to watch the reruns and see how far forensics has come since that show originally aired. I so wanted to study forensics because of that show.

That is how I started watching it, just on TV and when I discovered it was on streaming I watched them all.

Yes, they are old episodes but I still like to watch them and see how the killers got caught

Yes I remember when he died. His voice was great for the show like how Robert Stack fit in well with Unsolved Mysteries.

There were about 4 episodes that were narrated by someone else, I think it was scheduling conflict. Was hard to watch those 4.

I love this show, it made me interested the science of crime.

Not when you were 10. It came out in 1996.

Maybe I am thinking of a different show...or I was older when I saw it. I was never really into it, but I love the ID channel and Oxygen now plays all true crime stuff which I love!

same here, love how they catch the criminals sometimes with just a tiny drop of DNA that they happened to find.

There was an episode that stood out to me, as it was the first exhumed body I ever saw and it shocked me. It was about a chemist/working in a chemistry lab wife who poisoned her husband to death. They dug him up to do tests and he was bloated and scary looking. Im guessing he wasnt embalmed. Any way, I have tried to find the case and cannot.

I can't fall asleep unless I have Forensic Files on. I love that show...especially the original ones with Thomas narrating.
