hmmmmmmmmmm.  dammit.  lol.  do what my mom did to me when i misbehaved...my mom made me kneel(bare knees) on a hardwood floor, sometimes with cormeal sprinkled on it, with my arms outstretched and with a giant encyclopedia in each hand.  for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  :lol:
