Issues with my default picture...

I haven't been able to change it in over a year..so I haven't been using one..How can I fix this?

also I was going to use the additional options to upload a photo and it said something about not having space? Any suggestions?

I do know that Mike gets annoyed by people uploading pics instead of using another photo host.  I think it has something to do with the bandwidth, but I'm no geek.
