curb spammers

I've mentioned this before in one of the spammer's threads.  Why don't you make it so only those that are premium can start a thread?  That way the ga's or whatever have to at least pay you in order to annoy us.

Most of the death threads seem to be started by non premium members so would that one part on here be left as it is?

They're spammers. If they could only post in one section, they would just post in that section. I think you guys are definitely on to something here though. Maybe you have to be a member for more than 5 days or something. I'm not sure how the software works- what options they could have.

I don't think spamming on this forum is that bad to tell you the truth. It's better when someone reports the thread rather than leave a bunch of comments on it IMO.

Thread gets removed and the spammer/troll is banned. Problem solved.

The is really no reason for you to see that section if you are a premium member and logged in. It's just an extra section that is useless to you and it adds extra crap to your page.
