I couldn't find a thread on food that was newer than 2006, so I'm making a new one.

This Thursday is the day of the fårikål. It's so damn good! It's baby sheep boiled with cabbage and pepper. It doesn't sound (or look) very good, but it's delish.

Hey, it is. Eespecially now that I've been a year away from Norway and am craving all the delicious Norwegian food! Norway also have the best hotdogs! Mmmm, bacon cheese hotdog with raw onion! I would kill for one now!

Yuck, I tried sushu for the first time last weekend. It was horrible! It was some octopus stuff, I could even see the tentacles on it! The rice dipped in that sauce was pretty good though.

[/quote]I've actually never had octopus sushi.  Usually salmon or tuna nigiri is good enough and you always have to throw in a spicy tuna roll.

Sizzling Chicken, baby Spinach, asparagus,sweet potato, pine nuts, goats cheese.

Was very tasty.  I went out for vietnamese last night and had vietnamese chicken and noodles.

That sushi picture made my mouth water. I love sashimi-salmon, tuna, halibut, yellowtail, thats what I always get, and of course a spicy tuna roll.

Now I really want sushi. :-(
