I love the FF games and I have the online one but I've never played it, it comes with too many discs for me to be bothered with. :lol:

i have an answer, but i was questioning why you totally have any disregard for the possibility he is innocent, Have you ever heard of the term "innocent until proven guilty" study up....

And what exactly is the "type?" Because if you think they look like the monster in your closet, you are not paying attention. If pedophiles and sexual predators looked like monsters, they would have great difficulty in luring victims.

are you a moron? where in this thread did i ever say he was guilty? all i said was "pervs come in all shapes and sizes." it's a fuggin' fact. of course i hope this guy is innocent, because i hope no one out there is sick enough to get off looking at kids.
And here's another forum, where the accused kid posts as "blacknova". He says the charges were dropped because the investigation showed that he had never opened any of the files.
I haven't seen news to verify...but then, I also haven't gotten through this whole thread either. (but it's only 3 pages)

Problem is, even if he's innocent now he's still stuck with the stigma of it. I would hope if he isn't guilty, the news would SAY something about it.
Edit: He posts later down on page one, what happened in a nutshell.

The computer task force at the state police barracks did a search over the gnuttella network(limewire,bearshare,kazaa...etc) for a certain video file. A list of every I.P. in the world who had the video showed up, so after this they started checking I.P's to see where they were located. I assume somewhere down the list they found an I.P. which showed that it was at the IUP campus not more then 5 minutes away from the police barracks. So that is how they found it, and ironicly at school i never closed limewire."
"Also the computer forensics expert said that the files i was charged with having were NEVER opened, i dont know how much more clear innocence can be. and its quite easy to not know. limewire is a crafty program. You dont know quite what a file is until after its downloaded and its viewed"
