Damian Michael Jay, 35 years old, passed away Wednesday August 8, 2018 in Arlington, TX.

A service will be held in his honor Tuesday, August 14 at 2:00pm at the American Legion 624, 2951 FM 917 Mansfield, TX. under the direction of Lighthouse Funeral and Cremation Services.

Damian was born in Wheatridge, CO on September 24, 1982. He and his family moved to Arlington, TX in 2011.

Damian is survived by wife Amber Jay, and two wonderful children, his son Kayden Lee and his daughter Kali Marie, mother Pamela Thompson, father Patrick Thompson, sister Danielle Jay-Schofield, nephew Landon Schofield, mother & father in-law Tammy and Joseph Leonard, mother & father in-law Maricel and Tommy Beals, sister & brother in-law Amanda and Jeremy Roberson, nephews Brody and Brantley Roberson, aunts Vicky Peters and Mindy Kent, uncles David Maghan and Greg Peters, cousins Brock, Adam, and Eric Peters, Jeremy and Christopher Salankey, Drake and Mason Laurie, Alana McDonald, Amanda Maghan and Mackenzie Kent.

Damian was an EMT for American Medical Response (AMR) for the past 6 years. Damian was also a volunteer firefighter in both Texas and Colorado. Damian had a heart of gold and loved to help others. He was very outgoing and loved making everyone laugh.
