A woman found dead inside a parked car east of Clovis on Wednesday has been identified as Kirsten Dolenec, 44, of Clovis.

Fresno County Sheriff's Office spokesman Tony Botti said the cause of her death remains under investigation. Detectives are awaiting the results of a toxicology test.

Dolenec was found dead in a red Ford Taurus parked along the 25000 block of Tollhouse Road. Botti said Wednesday that the death seems suspicious because the car was reportedly parked in the area since late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
