Brittany Michele Medlin, 26, of Loveland, Co, passed away on December 14, 2016 at her home. She was born December 17, 1989 to Jill (Taylor) Conner and Lyle Medlin in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
Brittany moved from Oskaloosa to Fort Collins, Co, in 2003. She graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 2008, and IBMC in 2009 with her Medical Assistant Diploma. She actively participated in cheerleading and gymnastics, and liked to color and listen to music. She also cherished her son and loved spending time with her family. Brittany was one to stand out in the crowd. If there was a room full of 1,000 people, you would know when she walked through the door. We will miss her contagious smile and beautiful soul which touched so many people.
Brittany is survived by her mother and stepfather Jill (Doug) Conner of Loveland, CO, her father Lyle Medlin of Oskaloosa, IA, her son Kayden of Loveland, CO, brothers Jakob Medlin of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Zac Conner of Fort Collins, CO, and sister and brother-in-law Taylor (Jon) Lindgren of Longmont, CO. She is also survived by her grandparents, Robert and Doris Medlin, Jack and Pam Taylor, and her very special great-grandparents, Carl and Hallene Darland, all of Oskaloosa, IA. In addition, Brittany is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brittany is preceded in death her grandmother Connie Bateman, great-grandmother, Rita Slycord, and her aunt Julie Handy.
Memorial Service will be held in Oskaloosa, Iowa at a later date.
