Jerome E. Bugielski, 24, died March 25, 2015, at his home.
Surviving are parents, Jerry E. Sr. and Elizabeth Bugielski; sister, Kathryn Hartley and Diane Caputo; brother, Charles, Richard, Paul and Greg; a host of relatives; and three dogs and two cats.
Services 1 p.m. Sunday March 29, 2015, at Rock Branch Church Cisne, Ill., with cremation to follow. Visitation 11:30 a.m. till service time at the church. Hosselton Funeral Home in charge.
