Jordyn Sierra Hamilton was born May 21, 1996 in Commerce Township, Michigan and died February 26, 2016 at the age of 19.
Jordyn is survived by her son Colten and his father Jamie. Loving daughter of Thomas Michael (Kristi) Hamilton. Dear sister of Sylvia, Quentin, Olive, Cody, Lilly, Jessica, Anthony and Christopher. Granddaughter of Suzanne Hamilton and John (Sue) Porter. Beloved Goddaughter of Steve and Sherrie Goralski. Also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 340 N. Pontiac Trail Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Thursday 3-9 PM.
