Fairfax County police say a teen hit by a Virginia Railway Express train Wednesday morning has died.
Officers were called to the scene near Clara Barton Drive around 5:35 a.m., where police say Jack Chen, 15, was hit on the Manassas line.
All morning trains on the line were canceled and VRE plans to run on an "S'' schedule in the evening.
The circumstances surrounding Chen's death are under investigation.
