Authorities in El Paso County have identified a woman found in a vehicle on Sunday night.
Sheriff's deputies responding to a request for a welfare check found the woman, identified on Tuesday as 28-year-old Dawn Frank, about 6 p.m. near the intersection of Seneca Road and Ford Street just east of Colorado Springs, according to Sgt. Greg White.
"An autopsy was completed (Tuesday) and the cause and manner of death are still pending," White said.
White said the death is not being investigated as a homicide and there is no danger to the public.
